This hotel was amazing, if only we stayed for more than one night! The bedroom was very cosy, bed was so comfortable, bathroom was one of the best. The breakfast was expensive but well worth it, delicious!! We will be back.

This place is located on a hilltop outside of town, offering stunning views over Lake Geneva and the French Alps. The beautiful grounds create a serene and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a getaway. The hotel itself has a wonderful outdoor pool area, where I spent my afternoons basking in the sun. The staff here are incredibly attentive and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable.
I would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. I cannot fault any aspect of this venue, as it exceeded all my expectations.

the setting and the fact that it was connected to the de la forest-divonne family. I wish I had spent more time at the hotel enjoying the facility.
I did not like the staff closing up the room in the evening - I like to sleep with the window open for fresh air. I think it would have helped if you asked people's preference when they check in.

The hotel had clean rooms and lovely grounds. The view from the hotel was good, although slightly spoiled by a crane and power lines in the distance. The veranda was a great place for breakfast and the breakfast itself was good. The service throughout was efficient.
The hotel felt a bit old-fashioned and could use some modernization. Some rooms were small or oddly shaped, with very small porthole windows.

The setting is charming, the staff very helpful. A good atmosphere
We had a suite which badly needs renovating especially the bathroom which was sub standard. No english speaking tv programmes available which is strange given the number of english speaking people who use the hotel.

Spent Christmas in a historic hotel with a lovely atmosphere. the room was spacious with beautiful views of the surroundings. the staff were friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed the outdoor pool and garden facilities and also the great location near the autoroute.
The furniture in the room was a bit worn out and outdated, and the floorboards were creaky causing some disturbance. the food was average but nothing extraordinary.

The location is great for relaxation.
The hotel is an old style. The breakfast is less than the expectations. During checkout, they wanted to charge the omlet I requested during berakfast to the bill! There is no A/C in the rooms. Becuase the hoel is old, when you walk, you will hear your steps.
